Shipping & Delivery
Sur Le Mur ships worldwide to most countries. Some of our art prints and objects are produced made to order, which means we create each item specifically for you after your purchase. Because of this, production times apply in addition to delivery times.
Orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days, depending on the item. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has left our studio.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays or peak periods.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Denmark: 3–5 working days
- Europe: 7–10 working days
- Rest of the world: 10-14 working days
We ship with GLS for Danish orders and PostNord for international shipments. Depending on your location, you can choose delivery to your home address or the nearest parcel shop.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Duties
We ship from the European Union (EU). If your order is being delivered outside the EU, it may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.
